We offer multiple sneaker quality types to suit different needs and budgets:
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): The highest quality available. Made using the same materials, molds, and sometimes even in the same factories as retail pairs. Nearly identical to the original brand sneakers.
- 1:1 (One-to-One): High-quality replicas made to match the original sneakers in design, materials, and craftsmanship. Very hard to distinguish from authentic pairs.
- AAA / Super Copy: Good quality at a more affordable price. These sneakers look similar to the originals but may have minor differences in shape, stitching, or materials.
So if you're looking at a pair and see one of those labels, the general rule is: OEM > 1:1 > AAA (in terms of closeness to real).
- OEM and 1:1 pairs usually come with branded boxes, tags, and accessories similar to the originals.
- AAA pairs may come with basic or generic packaging.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order here.
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen:
Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

To initiate a return, contact our support team via phone call or live chat with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days to your original payment method.
