What are the different sneaker quality types you offer?

We offer multiple sneaker quality types to suit different needs and budgets:

  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): The highest quality available. Made using the same materials, molds, and sometimes even in the same factories as retail pairs. Nearly identical to the original brand sneakers.
  • 1:1 (One-to-One): High-quality replicas made to match the original sneakers in design, materials, and craftsmanship. Very hard to distinguish from authentic pairs.
  • AAA / Super Copy: Good quality at a more affordable price. These sneakers look similar to the originals but may have minor differences in shape, stitching, or materials.

So if you're looking at a pair and see one of those labels, the general rule is: OEM > 1:1 > AAA (in terms of closeness to real).

Do your sneakers come with original packaging and tags?
  • OEM and 1:1 pairs usually come with branded boxes, tags, and accessories similar to the originals.
  • AAA pairs may come with basic or generic packaging.
How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order here.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen:

Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

What is your return policy?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days to your original payment method.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry! Please contact us immediately as soon as you received the product(s) with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
